A Quote A

1 What does the quote cover?
Keep projected amounts separate from an accepted agreement.
Use the original balance for the debts in this quote.

2 What does the company charge?
For mixed fees across debts, ask for an itemized dollar total.

3 What else is payable?
Setup, closing or other one-time account charges.
The account fee — not your monthly deposit.
Use the written duration, not a completion guess.
Enter 0 if confirmed none. Do not count any cost twice.

Blank means unknown. Enter 0 only when a charge is confirmed to be zero.

Record payment timing Optional
No account numbers or personal information. These notes are not part of the total.

Amounts in U.S. dollars.
Possible tax is always left uncalculated.

What this worksheet can—and can’t—tell you

It adds the costs you enter. It does not predict creditor acceptance, program completion, credit effects, tax, future interest or the cost of a loan used to fund settlement. Deposits are funding, not an extra charge. Do not add interest again if it is already included in the creditor payment.

After the numbers

A clearer quote.
A more informed next step.

The lowest figure is only one part of the decision. Compare settlement with a direct creditor arrangement, nonprofit counseling and, when appropriate, legal advice.
